Groups can very from politicians, special samurai groups, schools, guards. The groups can be by themselves or loyal to a lord and anything else you can imagine. These groups are aloud to buy troops but they can only buy up to 50 at a time. These soldiers they buy do not count against having actual players be in the group. Groups can have their own towns and what not but not castle towns if you want a fortress you gotta state when making the town that it has a small fortress. Also they can collect Tax's but only if they have a town and the taxation must be kept at 1-100. They collect every Tuesday and Friday just like ruling powers.
