City Information
Makotomai started like any other a small town. Although it was not made of just a few settlers it was made by the Takahiro Clan. A family of samurai who were renowned for their deep spiritual belief in the sword as one with the wielder. Takahiro Kami and his two sons built the town with their kids and their wives. Eventually they had a few homes up and others who needed a place to stay were always welcome. As such they were welcomed and eventually stayed because of the love for the place.
Takahiro Kami was the great great grandfather of Takahiro kami who was named after his great great grandfather. The town is located at the side of a river and its castle actually has a stream running into the courtyard. This was man made of course making the river lead into it. Which it was originally made so they could farm the land more efficiently.
