Sukai is the capital of the Tenshi Forces lands. This is the largest of the lands they control and home to their Shogun. The town itself is located in front of a mountain pass making it the first town you reach after traveling through them. This also makes the town a prime trade route since you must travel through it on your way to Edo. The town holds a full moon festival every cherry blossom season. The town is a busy but peaceful one and growing more and more everyday.
