DESCRIPTION: A market where things from all of asia and some from the west can be found and bought. This mainly brings more culture to your city and can lead to future events. Also when your Tax Yen goes to buying such an item for your city you have a better chance of less riot. Especially if your taxing an iffy amount and that tax goes to building luxury for your people than they are more likely to not mind.
COST: 650yen
PARK
DESCRIPTION: The park works as a luxury, if taxing a high amount one day this will make your towns people not as mad and less likely to riot when they see you built something for them. The park is full of sakura trees and a small river runs through it that is man made.
COST: 500yen
BATH HOUSE
DESCRIPTION: This is another luxury that when you tax a bit higher amount and put it into this it will make your people happier. This does not mean you can tax 1000 but if you do raise your tax a lot than this will make them happier. Plus who doesent want a bath house!
COST: 800yen
FISHING DOCKS
DESCRIPTION: This is another source of income for your economy and will give your people more jobs. If they have more jobs than of course they will be happier.
COST: 500yen
HOUSING DISTRICT
DESCRIPTION: This will make your people happier and all together raise your population by 30.
COST: 700yen
RICE FIELDS
DESCRIPTION: This will make your people happier and all together raise your population by 5.
