The year is 2020- there are two dominate gangs in the Windy City are the Blackhearts, the other are the Barons. The two gangs are bitter rivals. In the past four years, the two rivals have been on a rocky truce, after the Barons' made a deal with the Blackhearts. What the actual deal itself was, is still unknown. Just this past year, a new gang has risen. They call themselves the Omegas. At first, they posed no threat. However, when they started to tread on both Gang's territories, killing their members and stealing their jobs/shipments. While on truce, the two gangs refuse to work together to get rid of the Omegas. And because of their stubbornness, the Omegas continue to gain power.
