Taxing
If you are the ruler of a city or cities than you can tax from 1-1000 gold. Dont think that you can just tax 940 than no problem no one cares. There is always that chance of riot and rebel. Even your Generals might not like it, you dont wanna resemble yourself as a tyrant. You collect gold at the end of every weak. You can collect Every Tuesday and Friday.
You can collect store fees, store fees you can collect every Tuesday and Friday and depending on how populated your city is and what your towns main attraction is decided on how much you collect. Dont forget store fees are on top of the every day tax so this is not something the populace likes.

New Forces

- Speech- You can give a speech to your city/town and if the speech is good enough than that will decide how many people decide to join you. Of course this is the most sketchy way because according to what is going on than this is not always necessary. If there is peace in the land and your not at war than why would you give a speech? Most of all why would you need to?
- Payment- You can pay to get more soldiers which is under the recruitment area.
New Forces
- Speech- Starting a force from being a nobody can be hard and is not always recommended. If you are not a very liked person and you decide to go out in public and give a speech to rise up against the lord of the city you live in. Most likely if they are really loyal to this lord they wont join you and you will have a bounty put on your head. That or they will try and kill you right on the spot. Depending on how good the speech is or how the situation is will be decided by a mod or admin.
- Hiring- You can always just hire soldiers to join you through payment but this can be hard if your a ronin. Being a ronin is hard when it comes to making money compared to a lord. If you do happen to be lucky and have money than go for it. 100g for every 50 soldiers as usual.
- Betrayal- If you are under rule of a lord and you wanna break allegiance from him than go for it. You keep the soldiers under your rule but if the soldiers once belonged to your lord than you must give a speech.
